General Terms and Conditions

The reservation becomes valid upon receipt of the reservation, or for customers upon receipt of the booking confirmation.

The rental contract is concluded between the reserving customer and HP-Sports.

The renter is fully responsible for the rented sports equipment.

Passing on the sports equipment to third parties is not permitted.

The rental price is to be paid directly at the rental shop at the end of the rental period.

At the start of the rental period, the renter must present an official photo ID (passport or driving licence) and agrees that a copy of this document may be made.

The rental equipment is not insured. For an additional charge according to the price list, it can be insured against breakage and theft. In the event of improper handling, the costs of the repair will be invoiced.

In the event of theft, the renter must file a report with the competent security authority within 24 hours and notify the lessor.

The rented sports equipment may be exchanged at any time. If sports equipment of a higher category is taken, the additional charge according to the price list must be paid.

For rentals from 14.00 onwards, the rental price is only charged from the following calendar day. If the sports equipment is returned before 10.00, the current calendar day is not charged.

If the sports equipment is not used due to unfavourable weather, the rental price will not be refunded. However, in the event of non-use due to illness or accident, the rental price will be refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate.

The renter must ensure that the sports equipment is stored in such a way that confusion or theft is prevented. For this purpose, skis should only be placed individually and separately from one another or stored in ski safes. During the night, the sports equipment must be stored in a locked ski room of the accommodation or in a locked vehicle.

By signing the rental contract, the renter confirms the accuracy of their personal data, which serves the proper adjustment of the bindings. The renter may not change the binding adjustment made by the lessor on their own authority.

If the rented sports equipment is not returned on time without good reason, the renter must expect that a theft report will be filed against them.

Personal data that you provide on this website are – in compliance with the applicable national and European data protection regulations – processed and used exclusively for handling your inquiries or online reservations. Permanent storage and use of the data for marketing purposes only takes place with your explicit consent (in the course of customer registration, …). This consent can be revoked at any time and free of charge, e. g. by email to office@hp-sports.at. In any case, HP-Sports safeguards the confidentiality of your data and will not sell, rent or make it available to third parties.

For all legal disputes in connection with or relating to online reservations via this shop, the national courts in Austria shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
